Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst cum Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience, possessing a blend of analytical prowess and project management skills. This individual will play a pivotal role in facilitating communication between stakeholders, analysing business requirements, and coordinating project activities to ensure successful delivery of products.

Position Summary

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements for various banking projects.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
  • Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications and user stories.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communications, ensuring effective collaboration between cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendors, external partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate project status, key performance indicators, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize project outcomes.
  • Actively participate in post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify lessons learned for future improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Coordinator, preferably within the banking domain.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus.
