Position Summary

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their needs, present product/service offerings, and effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and negotiate terms and pricing to close sales deals effectively.
  • Manage and prioritize sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and report on sales metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 1-2 years in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in Banking sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
